A localização é boa pois está na rua principal de boca grande e em frente a um shopping.

O quarto frontal tem janelas que não abrem! O banheiro tem um cheiro de esgoto por não ter ventilação! O chuveiro só tem água fria, além do quarto ficar em cima de um bar que toca rumba a noite toda!

Funcionários muito prestativos nota 10, localização nota 10, só utilizei táxi na chegada e na saída em Cartagena demais fiz tudo a pé, próximo a praia, shopping e a cidade muralhada!

Terrible! Dirty room and loud music

no positive comments to this hotel

The bedroom was pretty dirty when we arrived. There was hair and sand on the floor from the previous guests. Staff did not help with the bags when heading to the room BY THE STAIRS! Will never be at this hotel again. Furthermore, there is a bar next to the hotel that played extremely loud music until 2 am. Terrible stay!

much less than expected

we had room #109 on the ground flor: no window. no wi fi in the room, only in the lobby. the upper bunk bed was attached to the air conditioner. overpriced. I sent them an email before our trip and never got any reply.

staff were great , very welcoming and helpful. we were traveling with young children and they were very supportive with kitchen facilities for baby's food preparation.

air con could improve the stay as one of the rooms was two big for a small air con. Althought breakfast was good, it could vary or have a menu, not always the same.

Clean and great service, nothing flashy but it included breakfast!

Bedroom and bathroom are very small. Front desk staff was excellent!

El irrespeto al no poder descansar, tú pagas por estar cómodo y llegar a descansar de las actividades del día ...de tras de la habitación que me tocó 213 tienen una máquina grande q suena bastante fuerte y en toda la noche no la paran de funcionar.. fue imposible descansar y conciliar el sueño y eso da mucho malgenio .. pagas por estar tranquilo y no se pudo

La ubicación es perfecta. Cerca a la playa, restaurantes, centros comercial. Queda en el corazón del distrito hotelero y comercial de la ciudad. La recepcionista Elizabeth fue muy amable y servicial.

El aseo que hicieron en el día intermedio de estadía no fue el adecuado. A pesar de que "hicieron" aseo, seguían las sábanas con arena. Un solo recepcionista para atender Check In/Outs, atender y servir los desayunos.

Regular, hay mejores por el mismo precio

La cercanía con la playa y lo céntrico que se encuentra el hotel

No hacen aseo en las piezas, la pieza no tenía ventanas ni ventilación(contaba con 1 ventana sellada que no se podía abrir y el baño no tenía nada de ventilación), aire acondicionado precario (antiguo) no ponen papel higiénico si uno no lo pide, el desayuno es muy temprano ( 7:00 a 9:00 am) por lo que no alcanzas a bajar si te duermes tarde de noche.
